Pressed Plant Collection and Seed Vials

An agronomy club member works on making a plant mount

The members of the CSU Agronomy Club work year round collecting and creating plant mounts and seed vials to sell in order to raise funds to support the club’s activities. The plant mounts and seed vials are used as educational tools to help students from other schools and universities learn to identify various plants and weeds. The CSU Agronomy Club also sells weed seed kits that contain a collection of 24 different types of weed seed including 7 Prohibited Noxious, 6 Restricted Noxious, and 11 Common weed seeds.
